This position is perfect for someone who enjoys cooking, keeping a kitchen organized, and helping support a busy childcare center.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve breakfast for the children. Clean and sanitize the kitchen after breakfast. Assist with a brief school drop-off for children (approximately 15 minutes using the center vehicle, if applicable). Prepare and serve lunch. Wash dishes, sanitize all kitchen surfaces, and leave the kitchen clean and organized before leaving at 12:00 PM. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and notify management when items need to be restocked.
Qualifications:
Reliable and punctual. Enjoys cooking for children. Able to work independently and efficiently. Comfortable maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required if completing school drop-offs). Experience in food service, childcare, or meal preparation is preferred but not required.
What We Offer:
Part-time weekday schedule (7:00 AM-12:00 PM). No evenings or weekends. Friendly, family-oriented work environment. Opportunity to make a positive impact on children's daily routine.
Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
