Preschool Teacher Discovery Kidzone - 3.7 West Haven, UT Job Details Part-time $14 - $17 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications Curriculum implementation Full Job Description Part-Time Preschool Teacher DKZ Kinder Academy is looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Part-Time Preschool Teacher to join our team! This position will work with children ages 3-4 years old in a nurturing, engaging preschool classroom. The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children, is dependable, works well as part of a team, and is committed to providing a safe and positive learning environment. Schedule Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-1:45 PM Part-Time | Mornings Responsibilities Provide attentive, nurturing care and supervision for children ages 3-4. Follow and implement provided daily lesson plans and curriculum. Create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences through play, activities, and hands-on learning. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Follow all program policies and applicable Utah Child Care Licensing requirements. Communicate professionally and effectively with classroom team members and families. Assist with daily classroom routines, transitions, meals/snacks, and other activities. Maintain reliable attendance and arrive on time and prepared for each scheduled shift. Qualifications Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred but not required. Must be dependable and have excellent attendance and punctuality . Must be able to follow and consistently implement lesson plans and classroom routines. Must work well in a team environment. Must have a genuine love for working with young children. Must be able to communicate effectively and maintain a positive, professional attitude. Must meet all applicable employment and Utah Child Care Licensing requirements.
