What You'll Do Supervise and build meaningful relationships with children. Plan and implement exciting, age-appropriate activities that make learning fun. Provide homework support and guidance to help students excel academically. Maintain a safe, positive, and structured environment where every child feels secure. Job Essentials Ability to perform First Aid and CPR (with training) Ability to detect dangerous situations for children in groups. Ability to immediately run and retrieve a child who runs out of a door. Ability to lift 40 pounds. Ability to make quick, sound decisions concerning a child's safety. Ability to stay awake and alert for the duration of a workday. Ability to drive a vehicle (if required by the job you are applying for) safely and effectively without impairment. Ability to provide an environment that is physically, mentally, and emotionally safe and stable for the children in our care.
