We are currently hiring for both a part-time and a full-time position , with some flexibility depending on scheduling needs and availability. The schedule would be structured in one of the following ways:

PM Part-time:

3:00 PM-6:00

PM OR Part-time:

7:30 AM-10:30

AM Full-time:

10:00 AM-6:00 PM We are flexible with scheduling and would be happy to discuss which arrangement works best based on your availability.

Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans collaborating with the center director, and curriculum needs. Utilize learning technology and educational tools to enhance student engagement and facilitate interactive learning experiences. Collaborate with specialists such as speech therapists, behavioral therapists, and other professionals to support children with autism, developmental disabilities, or those requiring early intervention services if the need arises. Conduct assessments to monitor progress in meeting developmental milestones and inform instruction. Maintain detailed records of each child's development and progress reports in compliance with center standards. Foster a safe, inclusive environment that promotes child welfare, emotional well-being, and respectful interactions among students. Qualifications Proven classroom management skills with experience working with either infants, toddlers and preschoolers. Skilled in curriculum development, lesson planning, and integrating learning technology into daily activities. Knowledge of childhood development principles, literacy education strategies, and behavior therapy techniques. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and external specialists. Familiar with STEAM curriculum and Montessori methods preferred. Prior experience in daycare settings or private schools is highly desirable; certification in speech therapy or behavioral health is a plus.
