A Preschool or Childcare Teacher works with young children, usually ages 3 - 5, to help them learn the social, motor and language skills needed to be ready for kindergarten and elementary school. Organizes activities and uses play or games to help children learn; develops schedules and routines for children that include exercise and rest. Works in a school or in a childcare center or program.
We are currently hiring for both a part-time and a full-time position , with some flexibility depending on scheduling needs and availability. The schedule would be structured in one of the following ways:

Qualifications Proven classroom management skills with experience working with either infants, toddlers and preschoolers. Skilled in curriculum development, lesson planning, and integrating learning technology into daily activities. Knowledge of childhood development principles, literacy education strategies, and behavior therapy techniques. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and external specialists. Familiar with STEAM curriculum and Montessori methods preferred. Prior experience in daycare settings or private schools is highly desirable; certification in speech therapy or behavioral health is a plus.
