We provide a structured, safe, and energetic environment where children thrive—and where staff are supported and valued. ___________________________________________________ Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Child Care Assistant Director to manage daily operations of our after-school program. This role requires prior experience in childcare or education and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. The Assistant Director plays a key role in staff supervision, parent communication, and program quality. ___________________________________________________ Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and support child care staff Ensure child safety and program compliance Manage daily after-school and camp operations Communicate clearly and professionally with parents Handle behavioral and individual child needs appropriately Maintain accurate digital records and documentation Create a positive, engaging environment for children and staff ___________________________________________________ Qualifications (Required) Previous experience in childcare, education, or youth programs Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Ability to remain calm, positive, and professional in a fast-paced setting
