You will be a key partner in daily operations, staff development, family engagement, and maintaining the high standards that define Kiddie Academy of Burke. What Makes This Role Unique at Kiddie Academy of Burke You will help bring the Life Essentials® curriculum to life through purposeful play, character-building moments, and meaningful learning experiences. Key Responsibilities Support and mentor teachers to ensure warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environments. Help implement the Life Essentials® curriculum with fidelity, creativity, and enthusiasm. Oversee daily operations including scheduling, ratios, safety protocols, and family communication. Build strong relationships with families through consistent communication, transparency, and partnership. Assist with enrollment, tours, onboarding, and maintaining accurate records. Promote a positive, collaborative workplace where staff feel valued and motivated. Ensure compliance with all Virginia licensing regulations and Kiddie Academy brand standards. Participate in ongoing professional development and model a growth mindset for staff. Skills & Qualities We Value A genuine love for early childhood education and a desire to grow within the Kiddie Academy franchise. Pay:
