We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dependable Spanish Immersion Preschool Teacher to join our Montessori Primary classroom. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and passionate about creating a nurturing, engaging environment where young children can naturally develop Spanish language skills through conversation, songs, stories, lessons, and everyday classroom experiences. Our goal is to provide children with an authentic Spanish immersion experience while maintaining the independence, respect, and hands-on learning that are central to the Montessori philosophy. Responsibilities Create a warm and engaging Spanish immersion environment for preschool-aged children. Communicate with children primarily in Spanish throughout the school day. Introduce Spanish vocabulary through conversation, songs, stories, games, cultural activities, and classroom lessons. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support language development and early childhood learning. Support children in developing independence, confidence, social skills, and a love of learning. Work collaboratively with Montessori teachers and school leadership. Maintain an organized, peaceful, and welcoming classroom environment. Communicate professionally and positively with families and coworkers. Follow all school policies and Virginia licensing requirements. Qualifications Fluent Spanish speaker required. Experience working with preschool or early childhood-aged children. Montessori classroom experience is a plus, but not required . Montessori certification is not required . Patient, dependable, nurturing, and enthusiastic about working with young children. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn Montessori philosophy and classroom practices. Pay:
