Duties Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for preschool children Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula focused on literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional skills Supervise and mentor teaching staff, providing guidance on classroom management, lesson planning, and child development best practices Foster strong communication with parents through regular updates, conferences, and collaborative problem-solving Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and child welfare policies to maintain a safe learning environment Coordinate early intervention strategies for children requiring additional support or special education services Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor child progress and inform instruction Requirements Proven experience working with young children in preschool or early childhood education settings Strong knowledge of child development principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques Experience with special education needs and early intervention programs is highly desirable Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members Certification in first aid and CPR is required; knowledge of mandated reporting laws is essential Demonstrated ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate literacy education, math skills, physical activity, and social-emotional learning Prior classroom experience in private or public preschool settings is preferred Ability to manage behavior constructively while maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere Join us as a Lead Pre-K Teacher and play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our youngest learners.
