Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with young children and a strong understanding of early childhood development. This role involves creating and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, fostering a positive classroom environment, and building strong relationships with children and their families.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities and lessons.
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Observe and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support the overall development of each child.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization.
- Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Adhere to all school policies and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- State certification in early childhood education.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience working with preschool-aged children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Background check clearance.
