Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with young children and a strong understanding of early childhood development. This role involves creating and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, fostering a positive classroom environment, and building strong relationships with children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities and lessons.
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Observe and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support the overall development of each child.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization.
• Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent-teacher conferences.
• Adhere to all school policies and state regulations.

• Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• State certification in early childhood education.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience working with preschool-aged children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Background check clearance.
