Are fun, engaging, patient and flexible What you have: Must be 18 years of age (with HS diploma or equivalent preferred) Must have one (1) year experience in a licensed childcare facility Flexibility to work hours based on the needs of the school and program Successful background check and VA licensing standards required What you will do: Support the Lead Teacher in the care and education of a group of children Assist in managing your students as they learn, play, eat and sleep Keep your classroom organized and clean Observe your children's interests; work with other team members to develop creative ideas for engaging activities Communicate with parents daily, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal conversations
