EARLY CHILDHOOD TEACHER
Are you an experienced Early Childhood Educator with a deep passion for creativity, learning, and child development? We're looking for an energetic and dependable Lead Teacher who wants to join a fun, supportive team and work with an amazing group of children and families!
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in Early Childhood Education Familiarity with Virginia childcare licensing standards Current CPR/First Aid certification Completed 10-Hour Pre-Service Training 26 hours of Continuing Education/Professional Development Experience charting/documenting in a childcare app for daily parent updates Strong classroom management and organizational skills Creative and engaging approach to curriculum and activities Excellent communication with parents and coworkers Dependable, professional, and passionate about helping young children thrive
