Job Description
KinderCare seeks caring Teachers for our Culpeper learning center. In this role, you'll create a safe, engaging classroom where young children explore, learn, and grow. You will design developmentally appropriate activities, foster social-emotional skills, and support each child's unique potential. Collaborating with families and colleagues, you'll communicate progress, maintain licensing and safety standards, and participate in ongoing training. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for early learners. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom activities. Observe, document, and assess children's learning and behaviors. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations and center policies. Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership on curriculum and events. Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
