Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for early learners. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom activities. Observe, document, and assess children's learning and behaviors. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations and center policies. Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership on curriculum and events. Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
