Job Description
KiPS Family Gymnastics in Falls Church, VA is seeking a part-time Preschool Gymnastics Instructor to join our fun and energetic team! We're looking for someone who is attentive, motivated, and truly enjoys working with children. No gymnastics experience is required — we're happy to train the right person! This is a great opportunity for a current teacher or caregiver looking to pick up a few extra hours on the weekends! About the Role This position primarily involves leading our Parent & Me and Preschool Gymnastics classes on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Additional hours may be available during weekday evenings or on weekends for coaching beginner-level classes or assisting with birthday parties. Teach recreational gymnastics classes for various age groups and skill levels, specifically Preschool ages. Assist management in creating lesson plans that are fun, safe, and effective. Provide positive reinforcement and feedback to help athletes grow. Learn and assist with spotting and safety procedures. Collaborate with other coaches and gym staff to ensure a smooth operation.
