Extended Care Teacher (12:15 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.) Bethany Early Childhood Education Center is seeking a fun, energetic, and nurturing Extended Care Teacher to join our team! This position is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and loving environment where children feel encouraged to learn, play, and grow after the preschool day. •Must be 18

Years of Age Responsibilities:

Provide a warm, caring, and Christ-centered atmosphere for children each day. Implement the daily extended care schedule, including indoor and outdoor activities, snack time, rest time, and free play. Plan and lead a daily hands-on craft or enrichment activity that encourages creativity and learning. Supervise and actively engage with children through play, conversation, and age-appropriate activities. Have proper communication with parents Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members. Model patience, kindness, and professionalism while supporting each child's social, emotional, and developmental growth. Ensure all classroom routines and safety procedures are followed throughout the afternoon.

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 12:15 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Pay:

$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
