Salem Fields Learning Center is looking to fill the following position with a wonderful candidate: Lead Teacher in the following rooms: Preschool/PreK Hours 9:30am - 6:30pm, 8am-5pm, 8:30am-5:30pm Must be 18 years of age Must have high school diploma or equivalent Must have 6 months experience in childcare Must be able to pass necessary background checks required for position Must be flexible; able to work with all ages of children between ages 6 weeks-12 years Must be able to lift up to 35-45 pounds Must be dependable. Must be able to follow state standards and other standards set by the center Must be able to work positively with other employees - we are a team environment Must be able to communicate well and build positive relationship with parents Must have a positive attitude and willingness to grow with company. First Aide, CPR, and/or MATT training a plus
