Job Description

Lead Daycare Teacher (Full-Time) Shining Star Daycare is seeking an experienced, energetic, and dependable Lead Daycare Teacher to join our team full-time.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7:45 AM - 5:00
PM Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of Lead Teacher experience in a licensed childcare setting High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience implementing and following a structured curriculum Strong classroom management skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Must be enthusiastic, positive, and nurturing Flexible and willing to adapt to the needs of the classroom and center Dependable with excellent attendance
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities Create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment Monitor and support children's developmental progress Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness Communicate effectively with parents and staff Follow all licensing and center policies and procedures
