Qualifications Prior experience working with infants in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or similar caregiving roles. Knowledge of childhood development principles specific to infants and toddlers. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in special education or working with children with disabilities are a plus. Strong classroom management skills combined with patience and empathy for young children. Familiarity with behavior management techniques suitable for infants. Ability to communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and team members about children's needs and progress.
