What you'll do Assist in the development and implementation of engaging lesson plans tailored to meet diverse learning needs. Support classroom management by maintaining a positive and organized learning environment. Provide individualized attention to students, particularly those with disabilities or autism, ensuring their unique needs are met. Facilitate literacy and math education through hands-on activities and interactive learning experiences. Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and adapt instructional strategies as needed. Engage in behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions among students. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities. Participate in curriculum development initiatives that enhance early childhood education practices. Experience Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is essential. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Experience in lesson planning and classroom management techniques is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles to support age-appropriate learning strategies. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
