We are seeking a reliable, nurturing, and experienced Lead Teacher to join our childcare team. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, able to create a safe and engaging learning environment, and committed to supporting children's growth and development.

Responsibilities:

Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities Engage with children through play-based learning and structured curriculum Maintain open and professional communication with parents and families Ensure the safety, supervision, and well-being of all children Maintain a clean, organized, and structured classroom environment Follow all childcare licensing guidelines and center policies Assist with daily routines including meals, nap time, and transitions

Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) Must pass a background check Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Experience in childcare or early childhood education preferred
