• Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
• Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
• Follow our Streamin3 curriculum and maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized. We are looking for candidates that are as passionate about the growth and development of the precious children in our care as we are. We are most interested in talking to applicants that have:
• An associate's degree, bachelor's degree, CDA or working toward an early childhood certification or verifiable completion of 24 child care training hours
• At minimum, 6 months experience working in a licensed childcare facility
• Willing to transport children to and from school (or field trips) with a clear driving record There are countless advancement opportunities through on-going training.
