•3 years old Job Overview We are seeking an energetic, patient, and engaging Gymnastics with Parents Instructor to lead a fun and interactive gymnastics program for toddlers ages 18 months to 3 years old and their parents/caregivers. This class introduces young children to basic movement and beginner gymnastics skills in a safe, positive, and age-appropriate environment. Parents or caregivers will participate alongside their children, helping them explore movement, build confidence, and develop coordination while having fun together. Responsibilities Lead fun, age-appropriate gymnastics and movement activities for toddlers ages 18 months-3 years. Introduce basic skills such as balancing, stretching, jumping, rolling, climbing, and coordination exercises. Guide parents/caregivers in safely assisting and participating with their children. Create an encouraging, welcoming, and playful class environment. Plan organized activities that keep young children engaged throughout the class. Demonstrate movements and activities in a clear and easy-to-follow manner. Maintain a safe and organized activity space. Adapt activities as needed to accommodate different developmental and ability levels. Encourage positive interaction between children, parents/caregivers, and the instructor. Qualifications Experience working with toddlers or young children preferred. Gymnastics, movement, dance, early childhood recreation, or similar instructional experience is a plus. Comfortable leading activities involving both young children and adults. Patient, energetic, dependable, and enthusiastic. Strong communication and group-management skills. Ability to create a safe, fun, and supportive learning environment. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate enjoys working with very young children and understands that this class is about more than learning gymnastics skills. We are looking for someone who can make movement fun, encourage parent-child participation, and create a positive first experience with gymnastics and physical activity.

$23.00
