Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Western Branch center to nurture and educate young children in a safe, engaging environment. You will design and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional growth, and maintain strong communication with families. Collaborating with a caring team, you'll ensure classrooms are organized, inclusive, and aligned with licensing and safety standards. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and daily activities for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and daily experiences. Observe, document, and assess children's developmental milestones. Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide programs and events. Support social-emotional learning and positive behavior guidance. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
