Lead Nursery Teacher - Full-Time Do you love working with young children and creating a warm, nurturing classroom where they can learn, grow, and thrive? We'd love to meet you! Our growing nonprofit child care center in Reston is looking for an experienced, caring, and enthusiastic Lead Nursery Teacher to join our team. We are a fun, family-oriented center that values our teachers and the important role they play in the lives of our children and families.
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will be energetic, patient, dependable, and loving, with a genuine passion for working with young children.
Candidates must have:
At least 2 years of experience working in a child care center , including experience in a nursery classroom Experience serving as a Lead Teacher A degree in a related field or a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential The ability to create a safe, nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers Schedule This is a full-time position .
