Lead and Assistant Teachers Job Description:

Kids 'R' Kids Teachers focus their efforts on executing Kids 'R' Kids programs as designed. All Tasks are to be performed within the Kids 'R' Kids policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulatory agencies.

Job Responsibilities:

(not limited to) Learn, plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum to the children in your care. Become and stay familiar with KRK policies and procedures, and maintain compliance with all regulatory agencies. Maintain daily communication with the families of the children in your care. Establish positive, respectful, and professional relationships with children, parents, and coworkers. Comfortable providing diapering care and supporting children through the potty-training process.

Qualifications:

Degree/CDA preferred. High School Diploma or GED excepted Passion for teaching and working with children Good customer service skills Team-based collaboration Flexibility Strong written and oral communication skills.
