Homewatch CareGivers of Sterling is seeking compassionate, dependable In Home Child Care Workers to provide high quality, one on one child care services for families through our partnership with Bright Horizons. If you enjoy caring for infants, toddlers, and school age children, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference while supporting families in your community. We are looking for caregivers who are patient, engaging, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional care. Experience as a babysitter, nanny, daycare teacher, preschool teacher, camp counselor, or child care provider is encouraged. As an In Home Child Care Worker , you will travel to families' homes throughout Loudoun County and Western Fairfax County to provide safe, nurturing, and engaging care. Successful caregivers are professional, dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently while creating a positive environment where children can thrive. Qualifications At least 1 year of professional child care experience outside of caring for friends or family Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and school age children Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance Ability to pass all required background screenings Availability to work 20 to 40 hours per week Weekday daytime availability between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM is strongly preferred Willingness to travel to assigned families' homes within approximately a 15 mile driving radius of your home Pay 1 to 2 children: $18.00/hour 3 children: $20.00/hour 4 or more children: $21.00/hour We offer flexible full time and part time schedules, competitive benefits, paid training, referral bonuses, and the opportunity to join a trusted home care agency that has served families for more than 30 years.
