Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Daycare nurse( korean language is mandatory) to join our dedicated team in vienna. In this vital role, you will lead and support early childhood education and care, creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Your expertise in childhood development, classroom management, and working with children of various ages will help foster a positive, engaging, and safe space for young learners. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's growth while collaborating with a team committed to excellence in early childhood education. Responsibilities Speak Korean Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth. Ensure the safety and well-being of children by adhering to all health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures. Manage classroom environments effectively through classroom management techniques that encourage positive behavior and engagement. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate children's progress, needs, and developmental milestones. Supervise and mentor junior staff or nannies to maintain high standards of childcare and teaching excellence. Maintain accurate records of children's activities, progress reports, and incident documentation as required. Requirements Proven experience working with children in daycare settings, preschool environments, or similar roles with classroom experience. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Certification in first aid and CPR; additional certifications in special education or working with individuals with disabilities are highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to manage classrooms effectively while fostering a caring and inclusive atmosphere. Experience with behavior management strategies tailored for young children across different age groups such as infants, toddlers, or preschoolers. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with families, staff members, and external professionals. A genuine passion for caregiving, teaching, and supporting children's growth through nurturing interactions.
