Job Description
KinderCare's Vienna center is seeking dedicated Teachers to nurture and inspire young children in a safe, engaging classroom. In this role, you'll design play-based, age-appropriate activities that support social, emotional, and cognitive development. You'll build trusting relationships with children and families, communicate daily progress, and help maintain a warm, inclusive environment. Working closely with a supportive team, you'll implement KinderCare's curriculum, ensure safety and cleanliness, and participate in ongoing professional development to grow your early childhood education career. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based lessons aligned with early childhood learning goals Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families through daily communication Monitor and document children's growth, behavior, and developmental milestones Collaborate with teaching teams to support classroom routines and center-wide initiatives Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards Support implementation of Kinder Care's curriculum and enrichment activities Participate in ongoing professional development and training Required Skills Early childhood curriculum planning Classroom management Child development knowledge Lesson planning and documentation Parent and family communication Behavior guidance and support Health, safety, and supervision practices Collaboration with teaching teams Observation and developmental assessment Basic technology for documentation and communication
