PM Childcare Provider Duties:

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
• Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
• Assist with feeding, diapering, and potty training as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized childcare space
• Communicate with parents about their child's daily activities and progress
• Follow all health and safety guidelines

Skills:

• First aid and CPR certification
• Experience in toddler care, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or caregiving
• Knowledge of classroom management techniques
• Familiarity with daycare operations and regulations
• Ability to engage and interact with children in a positive manner
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with parents and colleagues
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly
