Job Description

Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic, faith-filled and dedicated Preschool Lead Teacher to join our preschool and Kindergarten team. You will inspire Pre K 3s and 4s by creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment that promotes caring childhood development. Your leadership will ensure that each child receives high-quality instruction tailored to their individual needs, fostering a love for learning from the earliest years. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence and contribute to the foundation of a child's education journey. Duties Plan and Implement school Pre K curriculum plans. Lead classroom activities that promote literacy, math skills, physical education, social-emotional growth, and creative expression through engaging lesson planning. Conduct ongoing student assessment and analysis of performance data to inform instructional decisions and academic interventions. Manage classroom environment by applying effective classroom management techniques, conflict resolution strategies, and behavior management practices. Collaborate with colleagues on instructional design and curriculum development. Engage in regular communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and developmental milestones while providing academic advising when necessary. Requirements Experience in early childhood education or preschool teaching roles with a strong understanding of childhood development principles. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and assessment-driven instruction tailored for young children. Strong classroom management skills combined with effective conflict management techniques to foster a positive learning environment. Experience working within educational compliance standards and understanding regulations relevant to preschool settings. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with colleagues, engaging families, and supporting student success through tutoring or individualized guidance. Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 35.0 per week
