You will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks across our properties. This position requires landscaping and janitorial work in our buildings in addition to the maintenance work. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of buildings, fixtures, and equipment to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, painting, roofing and other general maintenance tasks Respond promptly to repair requests to minimize downtime Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in excellent condition for efficient use Assist with setup and teardown for events or special projects within the facility Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes Document completed repairs and maintenance activities accurately in logs or reports Skills Proven experience as a handyman or in general maintenance roles with a broad skill set across multiple trades Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, roofing and basic appliance repair Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and implement effective solutions Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report on work progress Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, climbing ladders and onto roofs, and working in confined spaces Valid driver's license is required and reliable transportation is preferredPay:
