Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Spanish Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching Spanish, a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment, and the ability to engage students in the language and culture of Spanish-speaking countries. This role is essential in helping students develop their language skills and cultural understanding through interactive and immersive lessons. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Teach Spanish language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for the language. Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Incorporate cultural elements into lessons to enhance students' understanding of the Spanish-speaking world. Collaborate with fellow educators to promote interdisciplinary learning opportunities. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and classroom activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education, Spanish, or a related field from an accredited university. Previous teaching experience in Spanish or related subjects is preferred. Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Spanish. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
