Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood development standards. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Supervise children to ensure their health, safety, and emotional well-being. Observe, document, and communicate children's progress to families. Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families. Collaborate with center staff to support program goals and center operations. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and compliance with licensing standards. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
