KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Mt Trashmore learning center in Virginia Beach. In this role, you'll create a safe, engaging classroom where young children learn, play, and grow. You will design age-appropriate lessons, guide social-emotional development, and support each child's unique potential. Our inclusive culture values collaboration, diversity, and continuous learning. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood development standards. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Supervise children to ensure their health, safety, and emotional well-being. Observe, document, and communicate children's progress to families. Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families. Collaborate with center staff to support program goals and center operations. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and compliance with licensing standards. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
