Job Description
Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar. Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records. Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times. Maintain lobby clean along with other light cleaning duties. Qualifications Experience as a receptionist not required but is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
