Do you love working with young children and believe the best learning happens through play? We're looking for a warm, energetic, and dependable Playschool Class Lead to join our growing team! About the Role As our Playschool Class Lead, you'll guide children ages 2-4 years old through engaging, play-based learning experiences that foster curiosity, confidence, independence, and social development. You'll help create a fun, nurturing classroom where little learners can bloom every day. What You'll Do Lead small group classes using a play-based curriculum Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities, crafts, sensory play, music, movement, and story time Encourage social, emotional, and early academic development Create a safe, positive, and welcoming classroom environment Prepare classroom materials and help keep the learning space clean and organized Work alongside our team to make every child feel seen, supported, and celebrated
