Duties Key Responsibilities Classroom Support :
Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and managing classroom routines.
Child Supervision :
Provide active supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of all children during indoor and outdoor play, meals, and rest times.
Engagement & Play :
Get down on the floor to engage children in play-based, sensory-rich learning activities.
Care & Hygiene :
Assist with personal care needs, including diapering, toileting, and promoting good hygiene habits like handwashing.
Environment Maintenance :
Help keep the classroom organized, clean, and safe for all students.
Requirements What We're Looking For Requirements :
Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED. Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
Nice To Haves Preferred Skills & Experience :
Previous experience working with young children (1 year preferred). Current CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days). A basic understanding of child development and positive behavior support strategies.
