Duties:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Provide individualized attention and support to each child
• Monitor and ensure the safety of all children in your care
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to address any concerns or questions
• Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development
• Assist with mealtime routines, including feeding and promoting healthy eating habits
• Engage children in creative play, storytelling, and educational games
• Encourage social skills development through group activities and interactions

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting a plus
• Be a team player
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with children on an individual level
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• High school diploma or equivalent We are looking for someone to start immediately.

Must be able to pass background check and acquire all needed requirements.
