8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Early Bloomers Child Care is looking for a dependable, positive, and hardworking Cook / Early Learning Float Teacher to join our Arlington team! This is a great position for someone who enjoys variety in their day. You'll spend part of your time preparing meals and keeping our kitchen organized, and the rest of your time supporting classrooms throughout the center wherever an extra set of hands is needed. What Your Day May Look Like Preparing and serving meals and snacks for our children Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen Following menus, food safety requirements, and meal program guidelines Helping with dishes, kitchen cleanup, and food inventory Providing classroom coverage for breaks, lunches, and staffing needs Engaging with children through play, activities, and everyday experiences Supporting teachers and helping classrooms stay organized and running smoothly Building positive relationships with children, families, and your coworkers Who We're Looking For We want someone who is reliable, flexible, and willing to jump in wherever needed. You should genuinely enjoy being around children, be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, and be someone your team can count on. This position requires someone who can move between responsibilities throughout the day while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Experience in child care, food service, or early learning is a plus, but we also value a strong work ethic, dependability, and a willingness to learn. Why Early Bloomers?
