Your enthusiasm and dedication will support classroom activities, assist with lesson implementation, and foster positive developmental experiences for children. Responsibilities Support lead teachers in planning and executing age-appropriate lessons across subjects such as literacy, math, and social-emotional skills. Assist with classroom management to ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for all children. Engage children in activities that promote learning, creativity, and social interaction, including toddler care and Montessori-based approaches. Help monitor individual needs of children, including those with disabilities or special education requirements such as autism spectrum disorder. Maintain clear communication with teachers about student progress and behavioral observations to support tailored educational strategies. Support daily routines such as snack time, nap time, and outdoor play while encouraging independence and positive behavior management. Contribute to curriculum development efforts by assisting in lesson planning and activity setup aligned with early childhood education standards. Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or educational support roles is highly preferred. Demonstrated classroom management assistance and experience with classroom experience or teaching young children. Knowledge of childhood development principles, including behavior management techniques and curriculum development strategies. Familiarity with special education practices, including working with individuals with autism or disabilities. Experience collaborating with teachers and supporting classroom activities within private or school settings is advantageous. Technical proficiency in educational tools or software used for lesson planning or student tracking is a plus.
