We are seeking a Lead Head Start preschool teacher who has great communication skills, is understanding of children's developmental needs, understands and respects diversity, is positive and has high energy. Required qualifications include:

an AA in Early Childhood Education or a Bachelors in Early Childhood or a degree in a related field with some ECE credits or an Associate's Degree with at least 30 ECE credits in Early Childhood Education and at least 2 years of Early childhood experience in a child care center, child development center, or preschool program. Applicants who are in the process of completing one of the educational requirements above are welcome to apply and depending on experience and classes completed your application may be considered. The Lighthouse is open from 6:45am-6:00pm, Monday- Friday and the staff schedules will be discussed per applicant per position.
