Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Battle Ground center to inspire and support young learners. In this on-site role, you'll design and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that nurture each child's curiosity, confidence, and social-emotional growth. You'll ensure a safe, inclusive classroom, communicate closely with families, and collaborate with a supportive team. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for preschool-aged children. Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive classroom environment following health and safety standards. Observe and document children's progress and adapt instruction to individual needs. Build strong, professional relationships with families through regular communication. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and enrichment programs. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Support children's social-emotional development through positive guidance. Implement Kinder Care curriculum and center policies consistently.
