Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for preschool-aged children. Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive classroom environment following health and safety standards. Observe and document children's progress and adapt instruction to individual needs. Build strong, professional relationships with families through regular communication. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and enrichment programs. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Support children's social-emotional development through positive guidance. Implement Kinder Care curriculum and center policies consistently.
