Overview Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Co Infant Lead, where your passion for nurturing young children will make a meaningful impact. In this dynamic role, you will lead and support a team of caregivers dedicated to providing a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants and toddlers. Your expertise in early childhood education and child development will inspire best practices, foster positive relationships with families, and ensure every child's needs are met with compassion and professionalism. Duties Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring they align with developmental milestones and curriculum standards for infants and toddlers Supervise and support caregiving staff, providing mentorship, coaching, and ongoing training in child development instruction and classroom management Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including first aid, CPR, pediatric first aid, and mandated reporting laws Foster strong communication with parents through regular updates on their child's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones Oversee child supervision to maintain a safe environment at all times, adhering to childcare regulations and best practices Implement behavior management strategies that promote positive social-emotional development and respectful interactions among children Maintain accurate documentation of children's developmental progress, incident reports, and classroom activities Diaper changing Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare centers or preschool settings, including classroom experience with infants and toddlers Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education methodologies Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs in an educational or caregiving capacity Proven ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering a nurturing environment Strong communication skills for parent engagement and team collaboration Certification in first aid, CPR, pediatric first aid, or related safety training preferred but not required; willingness to obtain certifications is expected Experience in caregiving roles such as nannying or babysitting that involved supervising young children is valuable Join us as a Co Infant Lead to help shape the earliest stages of children's growth while advancing your leadership career.
