We are looking for a long-term, caring, detail-oriented Live-in Family Assistant to join a warm, highly educated, and respectful family environment. Our family includes a 3-year-old child and a young infant, and we hope to find someone who genuinely enjoys being around children, is responsible, patient, and interested in growing together with the family over time. This is a long-term live-in position with a private bedroom and bathroom provided. More than simply filling a role, we hope to build a stable, trusting, and mutually supportive long-term relationship. Duties:

• Daily companionship and care for the children
• Assisting with children's routines, playtime, and simple early learning activities
• Helping with household organization and light housekeeping
• Maintaining positive communication and collaboration with family members

Qualifications:

• Warm, patient, and genuinely caring toward children.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and dependable.

• Clean, organized, and maintaining good personal habits.
• Comfortable with a stable long-term live-in arrangement.
• Background in early childhood education, nursing, psychology, or education is a plus.
• Able to drive in US and have basic English communication skills
