RCA is a Chinese-English bilingual childcare center dedicated to providing high-quality early learning experiences in a nurturing and academically rich environment. We value professionalism, teamwork, continuous improvement, and meaningful growth opportunities for our educators. Key Responsibilities Lead a preschool classroom of up to 20 children alongside an assistant teacher Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to assistant teachers Create a structured, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment where children can thrive Conduct thoughtful observations and developmental assessments Build positive and trusting relationships with families through clear communication and collaboration Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of preschool lead teaching experience Strong classroom management and leadership abilities Professional, organized, dependable, and team-oriented Passionate about early childhood education and ongoing professional growth Schedule Monday-Friday 9:00 AM•6:00 PM Start Date July 1, 2026 Compensation & Benefits $26•30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Health insurance 401(k) program More than 37 days of combined paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, winter break, and spring break How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief statement describing your classroom management philosophy.
