Kiddie Academy of Bothell is looking for experienced Early Childhood Teachers to join our team. We are especially interested in educators with experience working with preschoolers, and other young children who are ready to bring their knowledge and passion into a nurturing, engaging classroom.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working in an Early Childhood Education or center-based childcare setting Experience working with infants, toddlers, preschool, or Pre-K Warm, nurturing, and dependable approach to working with children Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

CDA, ECE

degree, or related education is a plus Ability to safely lift at least 40 pounds to waist height and perform the physical responsibilities of the role Why Join Kiddie Academy? Compensation & Benefits:

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour. Starting pay within this range is based on relevant experience, education, and qualifications.

Paid time off:

PTO accrues based on hours worked and tenure. Full-time employees earn approximately 80-120 hours annually.

Paid holidays:

Eligible full-time employees receive company-paid holidays in accordance with company policy.

Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to eligible employees.

Other compensation:

Qualifying full-time Teacher positions are eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
