For more information about our school, visit marinedrivechildcare.com. We are hiring a pool of on-call substitutes who can be available to cover scheduled vacations as well as short-notice sick days. No formal training is required, and this position can be a first step to full-time employment in a supportive environment with career possibilities. This is an entry level position with the possibility for advancement to assistant or lead teacher. Job Summary Join our vibrant early childhood education team as an on-call substitute! In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in fostering a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young learners. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help children develop essential skills and a love for learning. This position offers opportunities for individuals passionate about early childhood development and eager to make a positive impact on young lives. Responsibilities Assist in creating a stimulating classroom environment that promotes childhood development and encourages curiosity. Engage with children through activities that enhance social-emotional skills, behavior management, and early intervention strategies. Help with classroom management by maintaining organization, safety protocols, and ensuring a clean learning space. Provide attentive toddler care and support children with special education needs to ensure inclusive learning. Foster open communication with children and parents to promote child welfare and address individual needs.
