Infant Teacher (Full-Time) From Roots to Wings E.C.D.C. Where children are nurtured from their roots so they can spread their wings. From Roots to Wings E.C.D.C. is seeking an exceptional full-time Infant Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and truly loves caring for infants. We are looking for someone dependable, patient, nurturing, and committed to creating a safe and loving environment where babies can thrive. This is more than a childcare position — we are building a strong community of educators who value safety, consistency, professionalism, and genuine care for children during their earliest years. What We're Looking For We are searching for someone who: Is reliable, responsible, and consistently punctual Has experience caring for infants in a childcare setting Understands and follows safe sleep practices at all times Creates a calm, loving, and engaging environment Communicates professionally with families and coworkers Has patience, warmth, and a nurturing spirit Takes initiative and works well as part of a team Understands the importance of cleanliness, supervision, and safety Is passionate about helping children learn and grow Responsibilities Provide attentive and loving care for infants throughout the day Follow all licensing regulations and health/safety procedures Maintain strict safe sleep standards Support developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities Feed, diaper, soothe, and supervise infants with care and attention Keep the classroom clean, organized, and welcoming Build positive relationships with children, parents, and coworkers Observe and communicate children's needs and progress Qualifications Experience working with infants preferred CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Must pass background check requirements Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to lift, carry, and actively engage with children throughout the day Why Join From Roots to Wings?
