Duties Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that incorporate Spanish language immersion and support early childhood development milestones. Foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence and positive social interactions among children. Use effective classroom management strategies to maintain order and promote respectful behavior. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children's progress, behavior and developmental achievements in both English and Spanish Skills Proven experience working with children across infant to preschool age groups in daycare, preschool or private school settings (preferred.)
