In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging and bilingual learning environment that promotes the holistic development of young children. Your enthusiasm for teaching young learners and your commitment to fostering a love of language and discovery will inspire children to reach their full potential. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's early learning experiences while working in a dynamic, multicultural setting. Duties Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that incorporate Spanish language immersion and support early childhood development milestones. Foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence and positive social interactions among children. Use effective classroom management strategies to maintain order and promote respectful behavior. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children's progress, behavior and developmental achievements in both English and Spanish Skills Proven experience working with children across infant to preschool age groups in daycare, preschool or private school settings (preferred.) individual who is committed to providing a wonderful environment for the children. Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and classroom management best practices. Excellent communication skills and punctuality Ability to plan lessons that integrate early math, early literacy skills, and social-emotional learning components. Enjoys working with multiple age groups including infants (preferred.) Passion for fostering child welfare through nurturing care, developmental guidance and creating stimulating learning experiences.
