Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team for a full time float position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and classroom management, with experience in curriculum development and working with young children. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's early learning experiences within a supportive educational environment. The position involves working with multiple age groups from day-to-day, we are looking for someone with knowledge of developmental needs for ages 3 months to 10 years old and is flexible, compassionate, and positive. Duties Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children. Support children with special education needs through early intervention strategies and behavior management techniques. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to promote effective communication and collaboration. Maintain accurate documentation of children's classroom activities for reporting purposes. Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, health standards, and safety protocols at all times. Clearly communicate with coworkers and parents throughout the day to ensure consistent care for children. Experience Prior experience working with children in childcare, preschool, or private school settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated expertise in early childhood education principles such as childhood development, literacy education, and classroom management. Experience with special education, early intervention programs, or tutoring is advantageous. Familiarity with curriculum development for toddlers and preschoolers, including Montessori methods or other specialized pedagogies.
