New hire will need to have Initial State certificate or currently be enrolled $1000 Hiring bonus after 90 days of employment Interviews are in person only There is a health stipend up to$250 a month for Lead teachers Pay is heavily dependent on Education and experience. The $19 minimum start would be for a lead teacher who has their initial certificate and 1 year of experience. Pay increases for each additional certificate, completed AAS/BAS and years of experience. We are looking for an experience Lead teacher in our Infant class to work 9:30am - 5:30pm. WE need someone who has excellent communication skills and does not shy away from talkin with families.

com We are looking for:
  • someone who is a team player
  • Experience planning and implementing a play based curriculum
  • Experience observing children, implementing developmental assessments, and using that information to create a curriculum that scaffolds and enhances each child's developmental needs
  • is organized
  • able to give warm, empathetic care that meets all of their basic needs while helping to scaffold their learning and creating activities that help them meet their next milestone
  • able to take initiative and follow a schedule
  • Someone not easily grossed out and has diapering experience
  • Able to lift 10-40lbs repeatedly in a day
  • can stay calm with multiple kids being upset at one time with techniques on how to calm them down and knowledge on how to prioritize which fire to put out first
  • is ok with cleaning up after other humans constantly
  • is ok with various bodily fluids you may come in contact with at any given time
  • patient and able to provide positive guidance for young infants and babies
  • has an open mind and inclusive of all families
  • energetic and able to keep up with multiple children for 8 hours a day (it can be very exhausting)
  • open to helping in other classroom if needed on rare occasions if we are short staffed We provide:

Continuing Education Pre-Hire Requirements:
  • 2+ years childcare teacher experience (this is working in a ece/childcare/daycare classroom as a lead or assistant teacher.)
  • Current CPR/First Aid/BBP
  • Merit Account
  • negative tb test (before hire date) - Paid for out of pocket
  • clear background check
  • Food Handlers Card
  • 30 Hours Basic Stars Training
  • Initial teaching certificate - or currently enrolled.
We can not hire any leads without this qualification.
Interview Process:
In-Person Interview - 30 minute interview 1 Hour In-Classroom Interview - spending 1 hour in our classrooms, playing with the kids, asking questions, determining if this will be a good fit for you and for our staff to weigh in on the decision to hire Offer/Set start date
