The position is Monday-Friday, with hours from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. or 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. The ideal candidate is punctual, reliable, trustworthy, patient, and comfortable caring for multiple children. Strong communication skills are essential. This role involves working with 4-5 toddlers per day, ages 1-2 years old, depending on attendance. At this time, we do not offer traditional benefits; however, employees will accrue paid sickand vacation time over time and will be paid for major holidays, including Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.
